With Christmas around the corner, it is time to start getting yourself organised! It is essential to show your clients that you are still thinking of them and what better way than wishing them well this festive season. We have developed the ultimate way to assist our advisers in doing this with our automated Christmas Cards.
It’s usually challenging each Christmas to find the time to write, envelope and post Christmas cards your clients and have those Christmas card branded to you and your agency.
To make it easier for you, we have created these high quality automated Christmas cards which we can re-brand for you.
How it works
- Place your order.
- Pick from one of 11 card designs.
- Select which card type you would like.
- Depending on your card type you may need to supply us with your logo, message & handwritten signature (as an image).
- You’ll receive a proof from our designers.
- If you select option 3 you will need to supply details of which clients you would like us to merge cards for, from your Worksorted database and we’ll merge your contacts onto the cards.
The cards will be printed and either returned to you, or put into postage paid envelopes and posted on your behalf, depending on your preference.
1.Cards that are blank on the inside. Cards are printed with the design of your choice, in colour, creased and folded. Delivered to your office – (80c per card).
2. Non-personalised cards that have content on both the outside and inside of the card. The design will include your branding requirements. You will need to write names and organise the addresses to be put onto envelopes. Delivered to your office – ($1.20 per card).
3. Personal greeting and addressed to your clients, signed off from relevant advisers, branded with your company details and unique message. Cards are printed double-sided full colour. Cards are creased, folded and inserted into non-branded window faced envelopes and mailed to your clients -($1.90 per card).
*please note if were are sending direct to clients each card will incur a delivery cost of 65c*
IMPORTANT PRINTING INFORMATION
- The envelopes are blank. They do not include your logo or return address. If you would like to use your own envelopes please post them to our office and we will place the cards inside – Delivery of your company envelopes to – 28/2 Portrush Road, Payneham SA 5070.
- If you select card type 3 Please supply your database, the cards will include the names of your contacts inside and will be placed in a personalised envelope.
- Please check carefully the text, images and any other messaging on the proof design supplied by our team. Any re-print costs will be at the expense of your practice.
- Card type 3 will incur a postage fee of 65c per card.
- Minimum print run is 100 units.
- Prices are inclusive of GST.
- Print payment is required prior to printing.
